Veteran  278   Surf City USA Huntington Beach, Calif. |  Subject: It has been a long timeWow, I just saw that I joined BT back in 2007. Well, here I am again. Was steady in the Tri world until about 3 years ago. 2 knee surgeries kept me away from doing Tri's for a bit, but I am at it again. Decided to see what is happening at BT. I hope everyone is doing well. Good to be back. |

This is a result of many forces, but one is that Ironman bought a LOT of races, and people create Facebook Groups for each race, and people go there to ask their questions about training and nutrition. But our training plans are stronger than ever, Custom Training Plan Creator is an amazing asset, and we still publish articles and a newsletter monthly. What are you training for? |

I have 4 races planned for this year. April -> Umstead 100 (run) Sept -> White Lake International tri Oct -> IMNC 70.3 Dec -> Kiawah Island Marathon |
