20 minutes bike trainer.
weights: upper body
as expected, the getting going was harder than to keep going. I can tell the weights are working because I am able to put more resistance on the e-trainer. At first it was difficult to turn over the pedals, but I decided to tough it out because there was no way I was going to waste a clean pair of bike shorts to do the elliptical trainer. Time to ice the knee and have some lunch.
