WOW --- I can't believe I am the first one on this morning!!! And I don't have a workout to report -- in fact may not have time or opportunity to do any exercise today. Just wanted to say good moning to my team.

Good workout. First outdoor run this year. 50 min @ 9-10 min/mi. Dressed too warm ( 23 deg F this a.m.).

Watch the two boys this afternoon, that's bound to burn off a couple of hundred calories.

20 mins on the bike and the treadmill. added some jogging minutes in - felt good!! also did 40 mins shovelling snow!! Where the provision for that in the logs ron????????

30 minutes elliptical trainer
20 minutes bike trainer.
weights: upper body

as expected, the getting going was harder than to keep going. I can tell the weights are working because I am able to put more resistance on the e-trainer. At first it was difficult to turn over the pedals, but I decided to tough it out because there was no way I was going to waste a clean pair of bike shorts to do the elliptical trainer. Time to ice the knee and have some lunch.

Used some different muscles today X country skiing for an hour. I am sure I will feel it tomorrow. It was nice to get outside for once. Also did 45 minutes of Pilates - yow.
