Subject: Running coaches in Northern Virginia

Does anybody have a good recommendation for a running coach? I would like to hire somebody for a few sessions to take a look at my form and recommend changes. I am just so inefficient right now. I am in Reston.

And I am seriously tired of being made fun of by Newleaf for my poor form (thats a joke - sort of).
