Morning Friends!

Well - I weighed in at 165.7, which I'm actually feeling pretty good about - a few weeks ago, my weight had gotten so high, I wasn't even recording it.

Janna,  somehow I've lost the link to the spreadsheet - can you repost it?

Thanks!

well i started with a trainer last night. My running partner and i are splitting the cost so it made it much more affordable. I hope this gets me out of this funk i have been in since august it feels like.
I have another half mary coming up in march so I hope I can do better as far as time is concerned.
As far as staying on program I still struggle with weekends but I am managing. I hope that everyone is having a good week so far and keep up all your hard work it will pay off in the end! Jana

I had my meeting last night and was only down .4 pounds. I thought I had lost more. It is that bloaty time of the month, which always affects it by a few pounds. But, some loss is better than none. Oh well!

A loss is a loss   Especially if it's that time of the month!

Celebrate

How exciting that you are starting with a trainer and it's great that you can split the cost.  I worked out with a trainer for a couple of years and had workout partners, it was aweseome.  Maybe someday after my kids are out of college I will be able to use a trainer again

Lost 2.6 pounds this week! Yay! Remember, I am the queen of roller-coaster weight loss. But even after last week's gains, I am at an all-time low since renewing my weight loss efforts at the first of the year. Hope everyone else has a great weekend!
