First goal: Lose the five pounds I gained this winter, and get back to 141 lbs. Second goal: Lose another 3-5 lbs. and weight between 136-138 lbs., and be under 140 for the first time in over ten years. When I'm doing things right, I use the WW Core Program online. There is a direct relationship between the extent to which I eat Core Foods, and the amount of weight I lose! Happy to meet you all! Weclome! We're a pretty unstructured group relative to weigh in's and so forth. Everyone weighs in on the date that they normally do and we post our successes and struggles.
