Congrats on the .6! Woo hoo! I missed my meeting Monday as we were out of town. I need to get to one. I'm scared to get on the scale, though!

Hi all

I feel bad as I have not been posting as much as I would like - this whole commuting thing is quite a challenge

I'm doing well and think about you all often -

we'll just keep on being there for each other

Good morning!

I was up .2 at weigh in today. 142.8 from 142.6 last week. Very happy with what I'd call a maintain especially since I ate the "evil" stuff at Bunco on Tuesday. Think I can lose 4 pounds in a week to make goal?

Pam

Just joined this thread. Are we weighing in on a certain day? Let me know the "plan," if there is one. First goal: Lose the five pounds I gained this winter, and get back to 141 lbs. Second goal: Lose another 3-5 lbs. and weight between 136-138 lbs., and be under 140 for the first time in over ten years. When I'm doing things right, I use the WW Core Program online. There is a direct relationship between the extent to which I eat Core Foods, and the amount of weight I lose! Happy to meet you all!

I missed WI this AM, too much going on at work and I dont want to be here all night on a friday. I have been doing well though with the plan and the training so i feel like I am smaller and so therefore that is a sucess in itself I suppose! Good luck this weekend to everyone on your weight loss journey! Jana

Welcome, Sunfish!

Jana - as long as you feel good, that's what counts.

After a 2.2 gain last week, I lost 3.7 this week.  That was probably water, but the net loss of 1.5 in two weeks is great for me.  Down to 185.3, my lowest weight since the Reagan Administration!  Yippee!

Have a great weekend everyone.  Laurie

Awesome job Laurie - you must feel great!!!

I'm stuck in PA for the night, so I won't be able to weigh myself until tomorrow afternoon - I feel like I lost, we shall see

Weclome!

We're a pretty unstructured group relative to weigh in's and so forth.  Everyone weighs in on the date that they normally do and we post our successes and struggles.  We start a new thread every Sunday.  I post the link to the new thread in this one.

Let us know if you have any questions.  Lots of us come and go - so you'll probably see some weeks with more activity than others

it's a great group!
