Subject: RE: Preparing for my second sprint triThanks so much for the kind words. I must say, the people involved in the sport of triathlons are a great bunch. At my race last summer I was amazed at the feeling of being surrounded by positive, encouraging people. I know it's a large part of my continuing on and certainly makes this journey that much more meaningful.
Aside from the touchy feely stuff  ) - I could use some advice on what to eat while training. I have tried protein bars and shakes but often they make me nauseated during my training. Any suggestions?
