I was packing for my business trip and my three year old grandson was having a wonderful time playing on the bed. At one point he said,'grampa, look at this', and stuck out two of his fingers.
Trying to keep him entertained, I reached out and stuck his tiny fingers in my mouth and said, 'Grandpa's gonna eat your fingers,'pretending to eat them.
I went back to packing, looked up again and he was standing on the bed staring at his fingers with a devastated look on his face.
You seriously have to submit this to Reader's Digest (i.e. Life in the United States etc.). They'll pay $300 if it is published. This has to be a classic. I'm cringing and laughing at the same time.
as much as I laughed at this too, i did so WITH each of you...a friend shared this with me...my daughter's only 9, so no grandkiddos yet...hopefully when the time comes, I won't be so quick on the draw...
