Subject: questionI want to regiester for a sprint in the middle of April. I have started a running program and have seen success, but I will not be able to start swimming or biking until next week....9 weeks before the sprint. I'm 23 in good health and good shape. But this is my first triathlon...am I setting myself up for failure or is 9 weeks enough time to train?
