Hi folks, sounds like there are a few people interested in doing an abs challenge for the month of April.  Although, it also looks like the challenge needs a leader.

Would one of the folks that is interested in participating be willing to throw out their idea how they would like to see the challenge go?

It can be something really simple, like each person set a goal and report in on how they are doing against it - no need to worry about spreadsheets and everything for tracking unless someone wants to do that.

The only thing I would encourage is that everyone should post their workouts in their blogs and inspire each other a lot!  It really helps and adds some fun as well.

I'd be willing to lead this challenge .... I admit my life is nuts but I always make time for BT. Priorities. ;-)

Why don't we make a list of everyone who's in the challenge ... and let me know if I've missed anyone or got anything wrong ...

So far we've got:

I propose we post every Sunday, what our goal for the next week will be and how we did the previous week based on that previous goal.

For example - my goal this coming up week is to do three 15 minute ab/core sessions. I make all 3, I get 100%. I only do 2, I get 66%, and so on. The "winner" every week is the person/people with the highest percentage of planned workouts met.

We're all adults here - we trust each other to play fairly. But log everything so we can encourage/mock accordingly. ;-)

I like your 15 minutes, 3x a week. I will try that this week also. I don't usually devote 15 minutes to ads/core solely, so this is raising the bar for me.  Thanks, TR!

I'd like to sign up for 200 crunches 3 times a week. I know there are lots of other good ab exercises out there, like plank and V-ups, but I just never get around to them. I need to keep things simple, otherwise I'll blow it off.

I decided to make sure I take this challenge serious. I bought a core ball, a mat, and a medicine ball. I did my first 20 minute session. I did core #1 over and over for 20 minutes. Fun stuff.
