I propose we post every Sunday, what our goal for the next week will be and how we did the previous week based on that previous goal.
For example - my goal this coming up week is to do three 15 minute ab/core sessions. I make all 3, I get 100%. I only do 2, I get 66%, and so on. The "winner" every week is the person/people with the highest percentage of planned workouts met.
We're all adults here - we trust each other to play fairly. But log everything so we can encourage/mock accordingly. ;- )
