Subject: Need Help with finding a plan!So I am getting used to the log and am starting to like it! I am having trouble finding a plan that suits me best. The timings on the bronze 20 week swim focused plan is great but there are no workouts or guidance, and I'm also finding that it is to light. I feel I can go 6 days and only have 1 recovery day, I need more intensity I suppose. So I am looking at some of the silver plans that come with my membership but they are a bit beyond my abilities. I am training for my first triathlon and it is an olympic distance. I feel like I fall in between the two areas. My race is July 20th.. Any advice?
