Hey guys when they refer to a 100 drill, what are they talking about? Some sort of swim drill?

When it just says 'drill' - it's up to you.  You choose the drill depending on what you feel your weakness currently is or what drills you feel need more work.

Here are the drills:

Most veteran swimmers are religious about drill sets, they should be included into every workout as an opportunity to focus on certain aspects of your stroke. Relax and take your time during drill sets because you want to focus on doing them correctly, the main Idea is that you want to be able to duplicate what you just did in drills during the remainder of your workout at faster speeds.
