Subject: satellite problems on routes
I tried adding a route today and the satellite function doesn't seem to work. Any idea what's going on? Do we need a new satellite?

I had the same problem.  It appears to be related to google maps rather than BT, because I got the same issue if I tried satellite on google maps outside of BT.  Found some reference to it on Google's support forum, but didn't find a definitive explanation of the problem and/or fix.
