Subject: 1400 in 14 weeksI am gearing up for the Race Around the Lake on Aug 17th.
I was thinking about how to get ready and put a plan into motion. The race is only about 10 weeks away, but I am planning Devil's Challenge so will train the 14 weeks until then.
I realized with amping up the mileage I get pretty darn close to 1400 miiles (100 per week ) So why not go for it. It seems reasonable - like training at 5 am or even 4 am. I was wondering if we could track some overall mileage until then. I know there are some IMWI participants out there - I think we should organize some rides for the next few months so we can all have major
