Subject: Profile Image issues

I'm trying to change out my profile image and it keeps changing back to my previous image for some darned reason.  any suggestions?

The old one is probably still in your cache. I'm seeing you in black shorts at what looks like a tri.

Thanks! It's a 10k from this morning.  Any idea on how to clear that image out of my cache?  I forget how to do it now.

Ctrl+F5 usually does it.

got it, thanks!  I also cleared my cache completely out and deleted all my cookies.  Seems to have solved my issues.
