Subject: Not sure what to do nextI am looking for a Silver Plan because I want to use the drills and strength training.
This was my first year. I did two 5km runs, a Time Trial, a try-a-tri, a sprint and a double super-sprint. I did a 20 week beginner sprint training plan with my own strength endurance. I did not do any drills (I just did the times ).
This week is my week off (and to research my next move ). I am anxious to get back into a new training plan that will allow me to get stronger and faster. I am a really slow runner and I need to improve. I am happy with my biking and running. I want to do drills this time. My next tri will be next summer.
So, what would you suggest be my next move (s )? What should I do after the next training session?
I think I have it narrowed down to the SILVER Sprint, Basic 12 week RPE. Should I add in more running? Will the strength training make me stronger?
I also like the maintenance programs too.
