Subject: It keeps askin me if I want to upload from Garmin
Is there a way to shut off the option to upload to the garmin? I do not have one and I am asked every time to am logging in data into my workout.

If you're getting that message, it's coming from Garmin Communicator which is installed on your PC. You'll need to remove that from your computer to stop the message.
