Subject: MCL tenderness - what to do?I've been to see a physio and they say only rest. It's not bad enough that I can't race, I just get tenderness during and after any run over 5km. Doing an Olympic triathlon in 2 weeks, so 10km. (bike and swim are fine) Should I also be careful with my weight training in the gym? Any exercises I should stay away from during training? Does anyone know any stretching or any other advice besides rest for tender MCL during run training? |
