This looks great and may replace my end-of-season Oly since I can't find one any weekend except the weekend I am already busy!  Are you doing this one, Karen?  Anyone else interested??

My mom will be visiting, but if she doesn't mind me sneaking out for a couple of hours  I would love to do it!  If so I'll do the girly girl.

I am going to do this.  62 miler. I'm sure I can handle it. They have lots of rest stops it seems.  Will register when I get paid next week.

I'm not burly enough. I did 27 miles yesterday on a moderately hilly course and almost died!!!

New gear is so much fun. So far I only have one jersey and a biking skort.  I can't wait 'til I find some more on sale.

I know you've all been waiting for me to register.  Well, I just did.  I joined up with you girly girls, instead of the burly girl.  My mother-in-law stepped up to the plate to babysit for me, which is great, since hubby will be out of town that weekend.

Anyone interested in a long ride this Sunday late morning? I am thinking around one half of Lake Washington.

I'm going to be doing that on Saturday. Early. I'm planning to start between 6-7am as to avoid as much traffic on Rainier as possible...cause it scares the crap outta me. I was going to ride with the Starbucks Cycle team but I think I'd rather go on my own at my own pace.

Sorry we will miss you Rachel!  I was just looking at their map of the course at the website and feel that it is a terrible map!  It doesn't tell you any of the streets.  Oh well, it had better be well-marked, that's all I'm sayin'!!    I hope the weather holds out for us!
