Subject: RE: Take on the Heat GoalsSwim 6:10-15 ish or a 1:45/100 meter pace Bike right around 18.5mph since this is a windy course run right at 30 min I'm doing an IM tranistiion where I run back inside to completely change so 8 min for each one but actualy with a bigger race in just a couple of weeks I'm thinking dont' drown, don't crash, or trip, fall. basically don't injure my self. |
