What's better for mild wind conditions, a 40mm front wheel profile with 80mm rear, or 60mm on both?

I've got a line on a nice deal for the 40/80.  Otherwise, I had just started browsing 60/60.  No real reason, other than that's were I started looking.

If it matters, these are flashpoints, clinchers, and under $1000 for a set with about a 100 miles on them.  Its a fire sale of sorts.
