Subject: RE: DSlayers Fitness Pledges for Feb 5-Feb 11Wow, I've been a terrible team member. But in my defense, I did total my car two weeks ago (with my bike on the rack, unfortunately ) and I've been pretty busy getting all that sorted out and buying a new car. I have managed to stay somewhat on-track with my workouts...except for my cycling.
This week I pledge:
4 hours run/walk (I measure in time, not distance )
300 crunches
alcohol free week
to get my 5 a day of fruits/veggies every day this week
And I pledge to report my weight loss on Friday so I don't let down my team!!!!
