Subject: RE: Calf cramping after bike? I asked the same question here recently and received some helpful advise as well as some the was not. I worked a bit on this and although you and I might both have used he word "cramp" I think what I was feeling was more a feeling of extreme tightness. (maybe you too) If you are the same, I take the last of my bike ride and do a quick calf stretch. Also, as I change for run a fast hamy stretch helps. I do not think it is a product of conditioning or electrolytes nor hydration. I know specifically, I just tend to be tighter muscled than others. I you find an answer, please post it. |
