Subject: Pre-Race WarmupEver since i have started triathlons i have been concerned about the right foods to eat and warmups to do to perform at my peak. I am just beginning triathlons and continue to get better each time i complete another tri. I have got down the eating part very well and don't have much trouble with cramps or any issues food related. I'm always going to follow "my" gut when it comes to warming up for my triathlons, but i am wondering what other people figured worked well for them. Narrow down your suggestions to swim/bike/run focused, stretching, sprints, time duration and even drinking. I mainly participate in Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons where i think warm-ups are more key. ohh hell yeah
