Subject: Nutritional Data for Sushi?

Does anyone have a good source for nutritional data for Sushi?  I eat a lot of sushi, and it's really hard to tell the data on it.  Different places prepare things a little different, but I bet on avg you could come up with a round-a-bout number per piece of sushi (with cream cheese, with tempura shrimp, with avacado, etc, etc, etc).

 Thanks.

Hmmm, I'm thinking your best bet is to add up the parts of the roll rather than trying to find a source for the whole roll.  Not sure though, maybe someone else has something.

Check out this link:

Now here's the problem, different places have different size rolls with different weights.  This site has average numbers but they are just that "average"

YMMV

I thought about that, but it's really hard to try to guess those ingredients.  A lot of rolls (california, philly, rainbow, etc, etc) are pretty standardized ingredients from what I have seen.

It seems that jmcelroy's link has some good info on it.  Seems like most of the rolls are pretty decent for you, so long as you stay away from tempura (aka fancy japanese word for fried).  Unfortunately, lots of the rolls I enjoy have cream cheese in them.
