ok, so Rob and I are going to check out the Timberman bike course the weekend of October 18/19

I'm a maybe if it is the 18th. Sunday is soccer day for our three daughters and only so many I can miss so no if the 19th.

Guilford, NH - so a couple of hours from here.

 

Saturday is fine for me - I would even consider going up for the weekend - look for a place to rent....

Sounds like fun, also a good idea as I would like to do that race next year. What kind of ride are we talking about, a fast ride on the tri bike, or a casual ride on the road bike? I am guessing it will be the first.

Assuming we do the ride on Saturday the 18th and stay over somewhere that night:

If we are really crazy we can get back down to Central Mass in time (race starts at 12:30) for a 9.5 (or the 3.4 mile option) trail race in Groton, MA.

but take a look in tri forum - we are looking at spring training weekend in Waterville...
