My only advice is that you get out what you put in. There aren't any shortcuts in training. I am sure you can do less and still get through the event. If running is your weaker event, you may find yourself walking some. For most people, more training = better prepared on race day = better performance. Just know there is a tradeoff when you cut your workouts short. |
