Subject: Aurora Healthcare Performance Running Program

Any of the WI/IL peeps use this deal with Aurora Healthcare? If so, what did you think? Was it helpful and in what way? Worth the cost/time?

I'm interested in having my running gait analyzed in case there is anything significantly amiss. Might be worth the roughly $100-$150.

I haven't had an analysis done there, but I did have InStep do pretty much the same thing at the same cost, so there are a number of options out here...

I would definitely say it was worth the money...it's especially the case if you have a nagging problem.  I have recurring (it appears, cuz it's tight again now) Achilles tendonitis...I have inserts and wedges for it.
