Subject: RE: Hamstring tendons--biking positionIf the position is relatively new, then it sounds like a position problem. If you have had that position for a long time before this recent problem, I probably wouldn't blame position.
For pain in the back of the leg, you can try moving your saddle forward to open up your hip angle. Or you can lower your seatpost. You should also stretch in order to promote hamstring flexibility. |
