Lungstrong 5/15k - October 18

This is a great race.  The 15K is part of Run For Your Life's grand prix series, so it attracts lots of fast runners.  The course will be slightly different this year -- its going to be starting and ending at Race World USA (Michael Waltrip's Raceshop).  I don't think the course has been posted yet.

In prior years, the 15K went through Jetton Park and through nice neighborhoods on the lake.  Lots of rolling hills.  Great course!

This is the first year its being sponsored by Lungstrong (but the race is still organized and managed by the Run For Your Life folks).  I know the person who is involved in heading it up the local Lungstrong charity, and he is working hard to make this a great race (lots of volunteers and support) and also a family friendly event.  Should be a great event with lots of food and goodies at the end.
