Subject: Training Plan question.
I have imported one of the winter maintance training plans into my planned workouts.  This includes 3 days a week of strength training. Where do I find what strength exercises to do???  All it says is the reps, rest and a period AA and core 1 or something or other

Strength and Core information is HERE.

But it looks as if for some reason, that the actual strength exercises didn't import into your log which will explain a lot.  Let me work on that now.

Actually it looks as if you have already modified the plan so I don't want to undo anything you have done.

Try this first: go in an delete all of the strength-only stuff with the 'delete' function over the plans entire date range and then reimport ONLY the strength part of the plan.

Let me know how this works.

Ok will do.  I think I am just going to use the fitynx machines at my YMCA for Strength training.  Ill try to modify my planned later and let ya know.  Anyway to import fitlynx data?

If the import works correct, and I tried it for your same plan in my own log, your 'planned blog' view will look like this on strength days - you will have exercises and set data plus links to videos or pictures of the exercises:

Ron you are a wizzard!!!  Thank you so much.  I was lost at the gym today so i just did 2 circuits on the cybex machines.  Plus I visited a YMCA near work that I don't normally go to so I felt alot intimidated since I really haven't did any weight training in a couple of years!
