Subject: RE: What to wear if it's in the 50s?sharse - 2008-09-17 8:21 AM I'm in the DC area, and after it was so hot and humid for the Nation's Tri last weekend, it's getting down into the 50s at night. I have my first tri this weekend and was planning to wear my Zoot tri tank and shorts. The swim is in an indoor pool, but I'm worried that I'll freeze to death when I get outside and get on the bike if it's in the 50s. Should I plan to throw a biking jersey over my wet self? Other thoughts? Thanks! I don't think it will be that cold this weekend. You should be ok with the tank and shorts, you will warm up soon enough on the bike. If you really wanted to maybe get some arm warmers, that way you can push them down when it warms up. |
