Subject: Training SuggestionsHi all,
This morning I missed my bike ride (short ride ) due to work commitments, and I am going to the gym this afternoon at my work gym. I have exactly 40 mins to workout, and am after some suggestions.
I normally train legs on Wednesdays about 6 hours after my short ride.
I was thinking of either doing a workout on the exercise bike, a leg workout (ie squats etc ), or a combination of both.
Any suggestions as to what I should do?
I have quite strong legs, and am fairly fit, so I'm not fussed if the workouts suggested are pretty intense.
