Subject: Quads and Hamstring Cramps...Help Hello all I have an issue with cramping during my races. I did a HIM this past weekend and at about mile 45 my legs started cramping. As soon as I got on the bike, I started taking 2 endurolytes every hour, this gave only a little comfort. By the time I got to the run, I was popping them like M&M's. Any advise? This was my last race for the season, but for the off-season, I need to rectify this problem for the upcoming season. Also note, this year I stopped weight training in April of this year, and during the race I only lost 1.5lbs. Any and all tips and advise will be greatly appreciated. |
