Finished 3 Month Begineer Swim Program...Now What?

Member 64  Gibsonton, Florida |  Subject: Finished 3 Month Begineer Swim Program...Now What?I just finished the 3 month program and successfully swam 750 meters non-stop for the first time yesterday. Considering that I could barely finish 50 meters when I first started, this is quite the accomplishment for me. My goal for next season is mostly sprints but I want to feel as comfortable as possible in the water. Does anyone have any suggestions for swim plans that would build on this foundation? |

You are a silver member, so if you are not currently on a triathlon plan (I see you have a duathlon plan loaded), you can use the swim part of maybe the 4-7 hr winter maintenance plan or the swim part of one of the sprint plans...browse them and see where a good start would be. The good thing is that many of the drills covered have video with them. |
