What the heck is this and how does it work. I will be doing IMKY and have no idea about this. Do you drop it off at check-in and then it shows up for you on the bike course? How do you get yours out there? I would think there would be a million of them. Also what do you guys put in yours and how do you get at the stuff while riding? Thanks for the help. This maybe a dumb question but I have found nothing on it anywhere.

I'm sure people will share with you here as well, but this topic has been covered innumerable times (that search is just the past year--you can go back farther for even more).  Lots of info and different ideas for SN.  You've got almost a year to figure this out.

Special needs is kinda like special ed.

j/k

It's really for high maintenance people.

still kidding

For IMKY they called the bags "special foods" and put something in the rules that said only food could be put in the bag.  I think people generally ignored this rule though.

I never could think of anything worthwhile to put in the bags that wasn't already available on the course so I enjoyed blowing right by the SN stops.
