Subject: Need linky linky for running races please!!
Anyone have some links for a site to find running races in the State?? Looking primarily for 5k's or maybe a 10k or 2 for over the winter to keep up the work i am doing on my running. thanx guys and gals!!

yeah, i am thinking of going up to Wilton for a pumpkin chase 5k. Don't know about another 7:15, but i will be happy sub 30, anything more and i will be ecstatic!!

Since i have never done a running race, any finish is a PR  lolo.

Awesome.  There is a nice pumkin run here in New Haven sponsored by Playwright Pub - Jagermeister is sponsoring (sort of a weird sponsor for a 5K to support a quad rugby team but what do I know).  I can't run but a couple other BT'ers are doing it.  Let us know how you do wherever you race.

Race update:

New (obviously) PR at 28:32

8:20, 10:18, and 9:40 splits, tweaked my calf at about 1 3/4 mile and had to walk it off a bit, otherwise i coulda went maybe 27 mins

Congratulations.  Ice, beer and a day 2 off will do you some good.
