Plan File Import

Hi, everyone.

 This is my first post, so be gentle.

 I read through the instructions on how to set up a personal plan by manually adding days, but I also see a file import option. What fields does BT import into the plan section? Is there a convention I should use, because it's much easier to create my plan in Excel and then upload it than to keep clicking to add days, details, etc.
