I did one mini and two sprint tris in 2008, as well as Muddy Buddy and a handful or so of 5Ks. After the last tri of the season I decided to train for a 10K on Tgiving... my first at that distance. Last month I met my training volume, with an injured my quad. I now have knee pain which I'm assuming is resultant from compensating for my quad (which now feels fine). I'm hopeful my 10K is still possible! Would be embarrassing to organize this challenge and fail my goals!
I like apple pie, with sour cream - though a good crumble beats pie anyday. Pecan pie is good too, but I've never favored pumpkin. Let's be healthy and run a good month! |
