Subject: Can't upload routes FROM Garmin to Mac
I have no problems uploading my workout data from my 301.  (I use a Mac).  When I try to upload the route, it finds the Garmin and goes trough the motions of uploading the data.  When it's done. I get 0 routes found.  Help please!

Marcy, The first thing we need to do is ensure you're working with current software.

Can you run Garmin WebUpdater with the 301 plugged into the computer.

Hey Mike,  I was running the most recent sofware for the Garmin.  Can it have anything to do with the order I upload.  Do I need to upload the route before I put the data in my training log?  I have not tried that yet but would be worried that it would then only do the route and not the training data.
