Subject: C'mon Aussie C'mon Hi Newbies!
I have been thinking of adding a spice to life by getting into this mad sport! I keep myself pretty active and enjoy the odd run at the gym, bike in the morning and swim in the australian surf so what better way to enjoy all three!
I have done some home work on the net and have found this is one of the most informative, comprehensive guides to get me started.
However, I am a strong believer in the saying "you get out what you put in" and I haven't really found great nutritional information. Maybe I am not looking in the right spots!? Anyone have any good links or tips to getting the right fuel?
