Subject: 41 and overweight...yup, gonna Tri in Sept !after ballooning up to 265lbs ( 5' 10" ), ill be taking on the hopfully enjoyable task of getting inshape again, and completeing my 1st sprint tri in September ( .6 Mile swim, 15mile bike, 5k run ). Plan is to work on diet / general fitness starting TODAY, and with 20 weeks to go, be in decent enough shape to start a tri-program. Been lurking on these boards for a month or so, and wanted to introduce myself. wish me luck. |
