Give a shout to a new member, my masters swim coach

My masters swim coach, RickC joined recently.  He's been to Kona a couple times, looking to go back again.   Give him a shout, if nothing else all the attention will freak him out

He's the guy that helped me get a sub 1:00 IM swim.  Not sure exactly what he did since he just wrote workouts on the board, but it must have helped
