Lake St. Louis Triathlon

According to their website it'll be sometime in mid-February.  It doesn't give an exact date yet.

Thanks!  I did the Nation's Tri in D.C. last year but need to stay local this year.  From what I hear the Innsbrook and Lake STL tri's are the best.

Anyone else out there doing Lake St. Louis this year?  Does anyone know if they have an open swim practice scheduled (or do they normally)?

Looks like they're having one the week before.  From the website:


Triathlete swim practice sessions will be permitted in the small lake behind the Community Association Clubhouse on Sunday, August 16 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.
We have added packet pick-up on this Sunday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at City Hall (LSL Blvd and Hwy 40)  For additional information on Packet Pickup, please see "Directions" section. 

 **No athlete will be allowed to enter the water for practice after 9:50am.
