First, I have a pair of Sidi's.  Don't know the model.  They are just ones with the really soft, black upper half of the shoe.

I'm going to have a hard time explaining this, but on my right foot, I have noticed that my foot seems pulled over to the outside.  It almost seems as though pulling the velcro straps tighter has shifted the foot over.  So much so that I can feel a ton of pressure now on my little toes especially coming on the downstroke.

One thing I've changed is my position on my bike to a steeper seat angle.  Could this change have caused a slightly different knee track and pedal stroke?

Should I head to a fitter for a knee/cleat analysis or should I look for shoes that don't have quite as soft of an upper to provide more support?

Well I asked my coach this question.  I had about 8000 miles on them and they were rusting through at the heel where there are tiny nails holding the shoe together.  He just laughed and said I needed new shoes.
