I was going to try to be conservative this month, so as to avoid disappointment, but my husband says I should shoot for 122...he's one of those "aim high" kind of personalities! (It balances me out pretty good!) So, make my goal for March 122... I just read this out loud to my husband, and he said (emphatically,) "THAT IS NOT A HIGH GOAL!" I just thought it was rather ambitious, given my recent weight-loss history! |

I have gone an ENTIRE week without eating ANY takeout/fastfood/etc. Usually I allow myself at least a subway sub, but this week, I have prepared EVERY SINGLE meal I have eaten. Its amazing how that makes a difference in how well you eat or not. Not sure what to set my goal for this month. I want a challenge but not too much of a challenge. Lets put it at 154 for the month. That is definitely doable! |

I've been at 129.6ish for ages so really need to knuckle down this month - hope to lose that 1.6lbs. |

I have tried to hold myself accountable and since I am went down and back to original in Feb I want to go down and not come back up in March, April etc. This morning I was 147.8. Goal for March - 144. I tend to not lose very fast so that will be good for me to see if I can achieve.

Thanks a lot for your support re skinny physio - I can't really change her as I'm using a free university service so it's pure luck (or lack of it) who I'm going to meet next time. And her having an obvious issue that I'm not pure Irish really pushed my buttons there. Anyways, decided to try light jogging today or I'm gonna explode. I'm not sure yet what my goal for March is - this shall be revealed on Wednesday morning. Have a good Monday! |

Well I got the reading done, and the keyterms, now it's time for more reading and more keyterms for the next round of tests. Still don't know when I'm going to find time to write my research paper or do the research for that matter... School is over in about 3.5 wks, so... cram, cram, cram! As to weight and/or training, haven't had time to jump on a scale, or to train period in the last 2 wks, so I don't know! Don't worry, I'm not giving up, just got a lot on my plate right now (and I haven't been particularly hungry). Nutrition is going ok, but I'm down to 1 meal a day, with all the stuff I have to do. I guess with all the sleeping I'm doing, it's not very helpful in that dept. either. I have been drinking a lot more soda though, not really proud of that, but hopefully for the next few wks I can switch back to water. Hopefully I can, at the very least, maintain this month... which should be somewhere between 193 and 196. February saw a dramatic range: High 203, low 190.2, so I think it's the school stress and the poor eating habits. Just need to reel in some sort of schedule and stick to it! |

We're very open and most would chat you to death X2 you sure are, I have had a brilliant time every visit to Ireland. The people are incredible - on my first visit, I didn't pay for a single pint of Guiness as a local always insisted on paying because it was my first time there. It's a stunningly beautiful part of the world too. You are also just about obsessed with a constant supply of cups of tea as the Scots are (which is a good thing).
