HELLO Manitoba!

I'm going to do the du's as well. I have the Eco Challenge, the Police 1/2, MB Marathon, St. Malo, Pinawa, and I think I will do most of the trail running series this year. 

I am looking at doing the 12 hour leming trail run in October (I think!) that's about it.

I did the Morden 1/2 IM last year but....they really raised the price this year...not sure if I want to shell out that much doe to complete that course...we'll see.

I was also thinking of maybe some TT stuff, not sure.

You got quite an introduction to Wpg winters Mike – this one seems particularly long and cold to me – we did NOT need this fresh snow fall yesterday!

You guys both have lots of activity happening! I’ve been a ‘non-practicing’ triathlete for several years now – mostly just running ‘cause it fit into life better. I'm jumping back into it with Morden ... though I might dust the cobwebs off my tri stuff at St. Malo or some of the Du series at BHP – so may see you guys there.

Hope the IM training is going well Mike  – and Scott I heard about Morden last year, with the miserable weather  ... great job in staying with it!

Ya the weather last year at Morden was brutal...it turned into a real test of endurance...oh wait a minute that's what is was right off the hop! I must say I enjoyed the finishing part...even if they were in the process of dismantling everything! Good luck this year.

Hello, Manitoba!

I've moved up to Winnipegosis, so my race schedule has to fit in with my work schedule, and for the most part, it doesn't.

I am training for the MB mary, though.  I've managed to book off the nightshift before, so should be green to go there. OTher than that, I've got nothing planned yet. Anyone out running in the western end of the province?
