Subject: RE: t paceThey will/do, but not every workout... It usually comes later in the building phase of the plan (maybe last 1/2 to 1/3 ). There are speed workouts that have you do intervals at T-pace - 5 sec or T-Pace + 5sec, etc... At least they do in my BT plan. But I would say only once every two weeks is it mentioned, if that.... It's more of a benchmark. To see if you are getting better. You will probably do another TT and see if your T-pace has gotten better. |
