Subject: Back AgainHi All
I'm a new guy to this site but not to Traithlon as I used to do them in the early 90's, before I herniated a disc in my lumbar region. I want to get back into the sport (starting short and working up to Olympic ).
I'm male, almost 44 and 190 lbs wight so I'm going to take it easy.
I'll read all the articles and use the logs and have a HRM. What I really need is virtual motivation and advice!!
