Vigo Bay Half Marathon - Run

Comments: I started too fast but I had time to correct it and by the 2nd Km I was at my normal race pace. By the 10th Km I had a slight pain on my right side which slowed me down for about 1 Km but I recovered pretty well and ended up very strong What would you do differently?: Would start slightly slower Post race
Event comments: There were lots of volunteers and plenty of drink stations, however only two of the drink stations had water, all the others had an isotonic drink which was not familiar to me. The public was awesome! Last updated: 2005-04-10 12:00 AM

Half an hour for the warm-up. 15 minutes slow jog and about 10 minutes for some soft stretching
