Cette année je fais le Duathlon Plus avec un ami. Il ne fait pas de vélo et voulais faire la competition quand même alors on va faire le relai. 

Quelqu'un d'autre fais une des course a Levis?

Yep, I'll be doing the Half-Ironman then! It'll be my first and so should be ridiculously exciting.

This is soo cool I will be doing the relay duathlon Plus with a friend.

Next year I might go for the half iron distance, I am not sure yet. I think I will go through my first year Triathlon wise first and then see
